Model Playground is the easiest way to try and compare different models side by side, all through a single interface. With one click you can run the same prompt across multiple models and see the results side by side. Get access to 100s of models across different modalities like image, video, 3D, audio and text. Whenever a new model releases (which seems to be almost weekly) it'll be up on the playground. Get 2000 free credits on sign up, enough to run dozens of generations and try it out. After that you can choose a plan based on your usage, there are zero markups so it's definitely cheaper than signing up to various different services.
